Petraveller provides a complete pet relocation and transportation service from the booking of flights, to the delivery of your best mate to your new home. They’ve considered all aspects of pet travel, respectfully acknowledging the importance of the well-being of your cherished family pet.
Petraveller has access to over 2000 flights a day, offering a service that travels to every city in the world. They manage the complete transfer, from booking the travel itinerary to managing all government and quarantine requirements.
Lenny Thomas, Petraveller’s founder, approached us with the need to create a strong brand identity that presented his excellent business idea in the right light. Professionalism, credibility, and safety formed the foundation of his service offering. Combined with the exceptional customer service his business offers, the essence of what Petraveller represents was very clear.
Noticing that customers within his industry were not well informed during the transportation of their pet, Lenny sought to create a brand identity that expressed his high level of professionalism, while still demonstrating the caring warmth that makes Petraveller special.
Ultimately, the brief was to create a brand that ensured people felt this one thing: that my pet will be safe and cared for.
We could find no better mascot for Petraveller than man’s best friend. We created a strong brand symbol that represents the core values our canine friends and Petraveller mutually possess: loyalty, trust, speed and care.
One of the keys to boost Petraveller’s success was to ensure the brand was recognised ahead of its competitors. Working with Lenny, we created a unique brand colour that represented vibrancy, energy and warmth. ‘Petraveller Bright Carmine’ was developed, which bolstered the brand’s visual language and further demonstrated the passion for care that Petraveller embodies.
We rolled out the brand identity across a number of touch points. This included the van fleet, company stationery (namely business cards, letterheads, with compliments slips, email signatures), uniforms, crates and marketing brochures. We also provided reference designs for the development of the website. To further improve the clear, informative and user friendly feel of this site, we designed iconography which visually strengthened the client’s understanding of the “How It Works” process.
After being referred to Raine and Makin by an industry contact we contacted them as perfect strangers. From our initial meeting to our brand roll out, Luke and Rusty exceeded all our expectations and delivered world class results over and over again. We now have decided to incorporate their services as part of our ongoing marketing strategy which has separated us from our competition.
